Not indexing all pages

Hi,
My site ([external links are visible to admins only]) has more than 3000 pages, but the sitemaps finishes with only 27 pages. It appears that didn't go for deeper depth levels. I didn't get any error message.

Trying the online sitemap, it stopped after reach the 500's page.

What could it be?

what is an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached form homepage?

There are 1000's os similar pages in my site....

Hi,
You can reach it from [external links are visible to admins only] (that the homepage) and by clicking any "portfolio's link" you can see pages that are not indexed in the sitemap.

As I see, there are only javascript links to portfolio on yourhomepage, like:

javascript links cannot be crawled.
