Question re the page used to create XML site map file

I created 2, one showing the home page URL and the other aiming toward the site map I have on teh website itself.  The one I used just my URL generated 458 lines.   The one aiming toward the [external links are visible to admins only] page generated 13.   Which one should I use?

You should use the one that includes more URLs.
