Network Unreachable?

Hi, i have followed all the instructions and when i add my sitemap to google web masters it comes back with this error:

 Network unreachable: robots.txt unreachable
We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.


any ideas? need help asap, thanks

is your sitemap displayed correctly when you open it in browser?
Please try to resubmit it to Google.

tried uploading it again and i get the same error, this is wot the sitemap looks like

thats just part of it by the way, any idea on why i would be getting this error?
