How To Manually Edit Links List

I installed and successfully ran the program a few hours ago. Unfortunately, it indexed an entire folder for my forum which I want to remove (over 2K links). How do I manually remove and edit the links in the main list? I tried adding URL's in the "Remove URLs" box (ChangeLog). I did not see a "Save" button and it did not update the main file. Any thoughts? Thanks!

you should define the links in "Exclude URLs" option and re-execute sitemap generator.

I do not want any pages within our forum to be indexed. So, is this the only URL I need to list in the exclude box:

[external links are visible to admins only]
