generator starts but doesn't complete for 200 pages

I have successfully generated for 1, 10, 100 and 101 pages, but the system freezes before mapping 200 pages. I have tried doubling the php.ini variables max_exception time (from 360 - 720) and memory limit from 20M to 40M. The lower numbers work fine at 100, but doubling still freezes when shifting to 200 pages. Any ideas?

try to restart Apache to make sure that php.ini changes take effect.

roight - did that - actually, the lock up sometimes requires a restart of httpd

So, just checking. I did ensure that I had restarted httpd after the php.ini changes. Any other suggestions?
