sitemap.xml and ror.xml not found ?

I just purchased this software and it succesfully crawled my site but when i click on
[external links are visible to admins only]  and [external links are visible to admins only]  page cannot be found 

and i also have this error

i excatly followed the installation guide and folder data is 777

Hello,

you should manually create an empty sitemap.xml and ror.xml files in domain root, set permissions for them to 0666 and then re-generate the sitemap.

how can i do it ? just name a text file as sitemap.xml ? and upload it to ftp ?

dear admin , i keep getting same error when i go to confugration

An error occured

Sitemap file is not writable: /usr/home/public_html/sitemaps.xml  ( i tried 0666 - 0777 ) same !

When I click on analyze
i get this error
