Not getting all products [only about 1/4]

SiteMapGenerator on [external links are visible to admins only] gets about 814 products, but I have about 3000. I've tried 3 to 10 levels [I think is 3], 5000 to 10,000 max pages, up to Execution Time = "0" for unlimited. Less important, but Max links per page is now 10000 for the HTML version, which I don't want split..

After replacing erroneous & with &, I uploaded files

I turned on CubeCart4's SEO friendly link converter, now get about 11 FEWER products, but only a few of he & artifacts.
This ignoring of 3/4 of my store content is not acceptable.
I would appreciate
1. a fix
or 2. refund and name of competing script that WILL work.

Google webtools now lists a few generators. The first two I have tried get all my products.
I require a refund.

you should set "0" for "Maximum depth" option to crawl the whole site and include all URLs.
