How can I make a sitemap that works for  mydomain.com, mydomain.net and mydomain.org?
Can this be done in one pass by sitemap generator?

All three domain names point to the same domain, so the sitemap would be identical except
for the embedded domain names.   I guess the filename would have to be different for each
if they are housed in separate files.   Can they all 3 be put inside one file?

Hello,

according to the sitemaps protocol, only the links from the same domain can be included in sitemap, so all external links are automatically excluded.

Can I install the sitemap software in more directories and generate the sitemaps needed
for each alias?   I guess it would be one install per alias.

Yes, you can install multiple instances of Sitemap Generator and created sitemaps for each domain.
