It is chmod, deleted, re-created, uploaded, reuploaded, re-chmodded, re-deletes, changed to sitemap.gz.xml, un-changed....

Deleted the logs in /data and its gone but do not make sitemap.xml aaaaaaaaaaand:

It seems to be fixed now, I give the FULL path in 

Save sitemap to:

And delete all logs.
