I am unable to create site mao: Could anyone help?

I have been trying to creat a site map for almost 4hrs no but no success. My web url is
[external links are visible to admins only]. Each time I tried, I kept getting error message without any clear indication of the source(s) of the error. Could any one please help?

Your site returns a 302 header - Moved Temporarily redirect and our generator won't follow redirects.
