Problem after upgrade from v2.4 to v2.7

I have the following error after I have upgraded from version 2.4 to 2.7. Any ideas what the problem is?

Hello,

you should increase memory_limit setting in your php configuration (looks like currently it is set to 16M, try 32M instead).
