Subdomain indexing?
«
on:
October 26, 2007, 11:49:07 AM »
I have my Standalone XML Sitemap Generator configured with a starting URL that is my main website at "[external links are visible to admins only]" - but I would like the sitemap generator to also crawl & index pages at my various subdomains ("xxx.mydomain.com" / "yyy.mydomain.com" / etc.).
Is this possible? How should I change the configuration?
Thanks!

Hello,
according to xml sitemap protocol, only the pages from the same (sub)domain can be included in the same sitemap. So, you will have to create separate sitemaps for other subdomains.
