Your sitemap generator is not recognizing any pages other than my index page (first page of site), and while this is okay for xml, text, etc., it is NOT okay for the html....is there anyway that I can modify the output for the html page generated?

in Standalone Sitemap Generator it is possible to customize html sitemap output by modifying the template.
In case of free online generator, you will have to modify resulting html sitemap every time after it is generated.
