only one link is getting stored

when I run the crawler only the main domain name is getting listed in my sitemap, I tried with you free generator from your site it worked, I also tried the dowloaded version from my local pc to crawl my main site it worked but
when I try it after uploading it doesn't work there. Please help.

Hello,

make sure that you specified Starting URL correctly (i.e. if you pages have www.domain.com, you cannot specify starting url as domain.com without www prefix).
