I have downloaded the generator and followed all the steps in the instructions. But, I keep getting a blank page when I try to access "mysite.com/generator."

I have looked at the Tutorial on how to install the software on the web site and I found it unclear, for me at least, where to upload the generator folder.   I have both a public_html and www folder on the web site and I normal upload my files to the www folder and everything seems to work OK.  Do I therefore put the generator folder in the www dir. rather than in the public_html folder as stated in the tutorial or does it not matter.
In the tutorial it does show the generator dir at the same level as www or public_html and not within either.  Is this a mistake?     Huh

OS : Linux    Kernel version   2.6.9-55.0.12.ELsmp

Hello,

you can create "generator" folder in "public_html" and then upload archive contents into it.

I had the same problem and it was because index.php wasn't in the list of default pages try it with typing in the index.php after the / and it should work
