SiteMap Creation error

Hi Guys,
I have used the free online sitemap generator and it has extracted 500 pages. after i purchased and install the software the extractor is stoping after 1030 linlks and the other problem is that the sitemap.xml is not being saved.

help please.

how many pages are "pending" in progress details when it stops?
