Wrong sitemap URLs in the sitemap index

The tool finally generated sitemaps and i uploaded the index file to google.
The tool generated 6 sitemaps + 1 sitemap index file.

However, google marked the sitemap as ERROR because the entries in the index file goes like this:
/sitemap1.xml ...
...
/sitemap2.xml ...
...
etc.

It says invalid URL, meaning something like this:
[external links are visible to admins only] ...
...
[external links are visible to admins only] ...
...

Why did this happen?

What is your sitemap URL as defined in configuration? It should include domain name as well.
