new to sitemaps

Hi,
I use sitespinner to create my website, does anyone know or is familiar with inserting a google recoginized sitemap and inserting in to sitespinner?
After 4 attemps i have failed miserably, and I am completely at a loss of how to do.

Hello,

if you have FTP access to your host you should be able to simply upload resulting xml sitemap (no matter what do you use to create the site).
