XML Schema Validation Error

I am getting this error when I tried to create sitemap using free sitemap generator, any one have a clue to solve the issue?

Problems with the schema-validity of the target

I have removed the <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow"> from the index page

Please help me to solve this issue.
