Problem after url translation

Hi,
I originaly had no problem with the soft that generated all the 1200 pages of my site [external links are visible to admins only]
SInce URL translation was Installed, I regenerated the sitemap and now I have 60 pages listed (only the index and the pages of my blog).
What happened? How do I fix it?

I added www in the start url in the generator page and it now works.
