Error Opening Socket

Hello,

After installing the script I received an error that said while retrieving my home page URL an error was encountered.  The error message was "Error Opening Socket".  I am running on a windows/IIS server and have set all of the permissions as instructed (I think).  Any help would be appreciated.

please try to enter your server's IP address in configuration (expand "advanced options" for that).
