Whole site not being indexed

Having BIG problems with the script.

I have links on the homepage of my site [external links are visible to admins only] that the generator just does not pick up and index. I have a link to a blog that i really need it to index and it doesn't pick it up even though there is a link on the homepage.

Any help much appreciated.

Hello,

your blog link redirects from www.domain.com to domain.com/blog (notice non-www domain name), this is considered to be a *different* domain and xml sitemap protocol doesn't allow to include those URLs in the same sitemap. You should make your blog link in www domain as well to get it indexed.
