Hi ,
Why generate a sitemap should take a looooooooooooooooooooooooong time ??
and question is after the first time that sitemap will be create , then next map the links that added will be add again or .. ?

Hello,
sitemap generator "crawls" the site similar to normal visitor, requesting every page via http, so basically the speed of creating sitemap depends on how fast are the pages on your site loading.

Yes, all detected URLs are included in sitemap.
