Certain pages don't get indexed?

I used the generator and it seems like certain pages don't get indexed? Why does the site generator and/or Google not index certain pages off my site? I don't know of anything on the excluded pages that would do so?  www. powderbank .com  (ex: the  tour.asp , stills.asp will not get indexed as well as other similar pages.

 Please help as some of these pages are important to the site.

Hello,

javascript links are not crawled by sitemap generator and search engine bots. You should duplicate the links somewhere on your site in html code to get them indexed.
