Most links in SMF forum are listed as broken links

I have a list of about 13,000 broken links for SMF forum, that look like this:

5332    forum/index.php&topic=10380.0

However, in my actual site links look like this:

[external links are visible to admins only]

And links like this work:

[external links are visible to admins only]

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

The actual WORKING forum links listed are about 40 and look like this:

[external links are visible to admins only]

I also tried with these settings in both Do not parse URLs: and Exclude URLs and very few forum posts were index, including some like this [external links are visible to admins only] :

gallery/
sort,
action=
.new.html
.msg
prev_next

I cannot find a way to index the forum with these settings; can you help indexing just the forum?

I still have a problem indexing the forum; it indexes very few pages (I have 11000 topics and it indexes less than 100 pages). Can you please help? I can give you the script URL so that you can have a look.
