I am using:

Standalone Sitemap Generator (PHP) v2.0.2, 2006-01-19

Hi,

please make sure that you have "Do not parse extensions:" and "Exclude from sitemap extensions:" options set correct in Configuration page (default values works fine in most cases) - since you have a memory allocation problem just after 40 pages scanned, it looks like crawler tries to fetch non-html pages from your site that are huge in size.

I can check the config myself if you wil send me the URL of your generator instance in Private Message.
