Whatever link I use: only one is found

I try to make a sitemap with the free sitemapgenerator of [external links are visible to admins only] but only one link is found.
Yes I do make use of frames, but I have a none-frames entry. Via Nav.html all pages can be reached.
Also when I type in one of the subpages on whch there are lots of links, I find only one. For instance [external links are visible to admins only]
