Setting permissions with dreamweaver.

I am using dreamweaver to FTP my files. I have uploaded everything and created the sitemap.xml and ror.xml. I don't see anywhere in DW or windows that will allow me to change permissions on the files. I also checked my server and there is not way to change the permissions from there either.

Any ideas?

I can access the mydomain/generator page just fine and configured everything there.
