URL Error

I'm getting the following when I try to create a site map :

There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [external links are visible to admins only]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

I am still having no luck generating the xml file for my site - is there still a problem please ?

Possibly your host blocks requests from our server for some reason. You can check whether connection is established using http header viewer.

I'm getting this problem too and the Header Viewer doesn;t return anything helpful to try to clear the problem.

Is there anyway that XML-SiteMaps.com can tell me what the error is that they are getting accessing my server?

I've tried to generate sitemaps for other sites on my server with no luck recently however it has worked in the past. My IP is 83.170.102.231 and one of the sites that doesn;t work is [external links are visible to admins only].

Can anyone help?

please contact your host to find out whether they have a firewall blocking access from the network where our server is located.
Also, you can install our sitemap generator script on your server.
