editing the config of what ends up in the generated gbase.xml?

Must confess I'd never before now seen or been aware of both the
gbase stuff or the ror stuff. One thing I noticed immediately is
that the gbase file output badly needs user customisation to get
rid of, for instance, all the My Service stuff I see therein. However
I see no gbase edit/config area in the interface... Is this a built-in
failing of xml-sitemaps programming, some legal thing or did I just
miss something somewhere?

Hello,
Google Base feed is NOT officially supported currently and is only included as optional component.

Oleg----
Noted. It is really not clear that the 'optional' is for you...
my natural assumption was that the term 'optional' was
for my use ie that I could choose if it was necessary or not.
I think you should clarify the sense of your text, particularly
as it was the quality of your site that lead to my decision to
purchase your licence.
----best wishes, Robert

Oleg----
It is somewhat difficult to notice on the first read of
that page (excellent though it is) that the gbase spec
is not specifically included. It should be stated that the
included gbase functionality is experimental/optional.
