you can customize html sitemap template in pages/sitemap_tpl.html file.

Please arrange to replace my licensed version for one without
the unauthorised unsolicited advertising that is automatically
inserted into all compiled sitemap files by the generator. I have
a care about what appears in my name out there on-line. Badging
is proper for free demonstration products but should be removed
after the purchase of a proper licence. You do not have permission
granted to run advertisements under the name of my site or content.

Appreciated. A further suggestion: your branding should be made
an optional inclusion for licence holders but with the standing
default of it being output (ie as is being done at the moment).
This is considered proper because your advertisement continues
with those who do not bother but can be removed by those who
who otherwise do need to care about such matters.
