crawling freezes

Just purchased this after countless recommendations so it seemed the right thing to do. I have set it all up and uploaded it all and began to crawl the site ([external links are visible to admins only]) and for some reason it has just frozen at

Can anyone please help me out. It reads that it is still scanning and to wait but it has done nothing for over 10 minutes.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
