Less than 30% of site crawled

I am trying to figure out why the sitemap generator is only crawling 30% of my site and suspect it has something to do with our odd webpage name. Can you help?

The webpage is: [external links are visible to admins only]
An example of a page that isn't indexed would be: [external links are visible to admins only]
You would get to that page from the homepage by:
1. Clicking "Articles"
2. Clicking the link to the article
