Not working

I bought the full version however I tend to like the ease of the online version but I have been trying for over a week and it never works anymore.  when I go to start the crawl it starts then goes to page not found after a few minutes.. Any ideas?

how many pages does you site contain?
For the large website, you may need to increase memory/time limits in php configuration. Please make sure to check most possible problems reference at http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/contact.html.
