Parsing Error

After generating a .xml sitemap I post it to google and I am getting a parsing error, can any one help me with this problem

I get the same error. My sitemap url is [external links are visible to admins only]

that file doesn't looks like created with out sitemap generator: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
