link linking link and placing it after url

Hi,
Big trouble. I have a page:
[external links are visible to admins only]

Into that page, I've got a link to another news:
[external links are visible to admins only]

and so on...

the sitemaps instead to map it like:
[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]
etc...

It is doing:

[external links are visible to admins only]

Even worse; If I've got ANY other link on the page, EG. bottom of the page (contact - [external links are visible to admins only])

The sitemaps would find:

[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]
and so on.

Any clue?

As I said that was just an example.
If you run the sitemaps on [external links are visible to admins only] you will get loads of true situations.
Here is one:
[external links are visible to admins only]


Where
[external links are visible to admins only]

is the real link

Everything that comes after is another News I've got on that same page and it should be interpreted as:
[external links are visible to admins only]

So, in that specific case I should have 2 URLs classified after running the sitemap instead of [external links are visible to admins only]


But not even that.

The sitemap is getting EVERY link I've got in EVERY page and adding it to all other ones, like:
Lets say I've got a link on the bottom of that page as my contact.
The result after "spidering"  will be: (JUST AS EXAMPLE)

[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]
[external links are visible to admins only]

and so on...

Basically, EVERY link is been displayed after every link present in each page, sticking it-selves on each other just after its true path, and the result is 1000s of URLs generated.
