php pages not included in xml-sitemap - why?

Hello, I keep entering my url into the free side of xml-sitemap.com but all it records is the index.php, none of the other files/pages.  What can I do to resolve this?

please check our [ur=http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/se-bot-simulator.htmll]search engine crawler simulator tool[/url] to find out whether your URL are "visible" for bots.
