An Error Occured

Despite my site is online, i'm getting the following error when try to generate the xml sitemap online:

There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [external links are visible to admins only]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

The HTTP Headers Viewer Tool can't access to my site too.

What's wrong???
