Getting "open_basedir" Error

Yesterday I have bought this XML sitemap from you, and I have tried installing it on one of my website, after uploading all files and folder and after giving all necessary permission to config.inc.php file and data folder when I browse sitemaps folder it gives me some error like… font=Courier]“Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in

/home/httpd/vhosts/home-remedies-for-you.com/httpdocs/sitemaps/pages/page-config.inc.php(2) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 91”[/font
