XML- Sitemap not crawly

Program installed with no problems.  Manual crawling not doing anything.  For 1 hour.  No user-visible progress view. no files created. configeration looks good  ?? Any help Sitemap people?

No GUI for error msg.  Copied this url for error.

Hello,

you had an extra slash character in Starting URL field, I've removed it and it works now.
