Neither software nor runcrawl.php is working can anyone help

Hello,

looks like you have an osCommerce powered website. In this case it's recommended to use special settings to avoid crawling of "noise content". Please check the settings in this thread: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/forum/index.php/topic,1241.html
