1. I'm ready purchasing  the script before on my old domain ( [external links are visible to admins only] ) but know i'm change my domain to ( [external links are visible to admins only] ) are there any problem for thet ? or i must inform the support about that ?

2: if i want to download the new version .. i use the link which i'm receive it in my email when i purchasing  the script ?

you should create new sitemap if you change domain.
And yes, you can use the same download link to get the new sitemap generator v3.0.
