Not crawling

Hi,

I just installed the generator on one of the larger sites here and went to run it....nothing. Sitemap is coming back but with no links or...anything. The online version went through it all no problem but I hit the 500 cap and blam-o.

I tested it on another site just to make sure it wasn't a configuration thing and it worked just fine. Any suggestions?
