I forgot my password & username

hi,

I have forgotten my password & username - stupid me.

Any ideas on what I can do tro get into my account, using Standalone XML Sitemap Generator on my website.

Help please, thanks a million.

Aaaaaaaahhhhhh,

config.inc.php file +- line 22.
