Installation in windows not parsing

Ok I set my file permissions via FTP as they are set out in the documentation. Even when I do that- I get the wrong urls for my sitemap.xml file. I cannot seem to get it work. I can provide the url in a PM...just tell me where to post it. I will also pay the 9.99 to install it for me.
