how to add sitemap xml to hosted free forum?

hello
this is my first message hello to every one
i have a free hosted forum where no ftp or uploading files
i made sitemapxml thanks to your service
how to have it submitted to google to have my topics scanned thru at searches

Hello,

you should be able to upload sitemap using your hosting control panel interface (there is usually "upload files" feature).

my site is with editboard

no upload in cp except for images and buttons
