Standalone Version: How do I view debug messages?

Hi,
I am having technical problems when I attempt to crawl my site. When I press run in the crawling section, an error message pops up for 1 second and flips me back to the configuration menu. Any suggestions on how I can stop the auto refresh to the configuration menu so quickly? I can't seek out help if I can't see what is going wrong. This software is encrypted, so there is no way to diagnose the problem.
Any assistance would be appreciated,

Hi,
basically, he error message is included in redirected url. So, if you check the final url you will see it.

Here is the error message that is hidden in the url:
[external links are visible to admins only]
How do I correct this problem?

Hi,
(replied via email) this is related to your hosting environment settings, perhaps the local http connections are disallowed by your hoster for some reason. Please contact your hosting support.
