so the question is-

 if a person who own that e-mail resent me the link will it work?

A man told me that it is possible for me to have access to that e-mail.
Should i purchase again? Or it is still possible to use the link you've send?

you can try to repeat purchase now, but make sure that you have access to the corresponding email box, since an automated email is dispatched to the payer email box.
