Reciving an error message

I am getting this message each time I try to generate my sitemap:

There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [external links are visible to admins only]
 Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

I am wondering why?

looks like your homepage is redirected to language selection page, please try to use this as Starting URL for generator:
http://www.yourdomain.be/?lang=en
