How do I use the zip file for the program?

I can't figure out how to use the generator. I downloaded the file and it is a zip file on my desktop. But how do I continue from there? I opened the zip file and just see a list of files. How do I get the standalone generator to download and work on my desktop?

you should install the generator files on your server.
